When users obtain information through the Internet, they must keep in mind that Twilightus cannot monitor, verify, warrant, or vouch for the accuracy and quality of the information that users may acquire. For this reason, the user must exercise his or her best judgment in relying on information obtained from the Internet, and also should be aware that some material posted to the Internet is sexually explicit or otherwise offensive. Because Twilightus cannot monitor or censor the Internet, Twilightus cannot accept any responsibility for injury to its users, customers or subscribers that results from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive, or illegal Internet communications. When users or customers disseminate information through the Internet, they also must keep in mind that Twilightus does not review, edit, censor, or take responsibility for any information its users, customers or subscribers may create.
Prohibited Uses. Customers and Users may not:
A. Utilize the Services to send unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet ("spamming").
B. Utilize the Services to publish or disseminate information that (1) constitutes slander, libel or defamation, (2) publicizes the personal information or likeness of a person without that person's consent or (3) otherwise violates legal privacy rights of any person.
C. Utilize the Services to threaten persons with bodily harm, to make harassing or abusive statements or messages, or to solicit the performance of acts or services that are illegal under applicable law.
D. Utilize the Services in connection with any other disruptive or abusive activity.
Without limiting the general application of this rule, Customers and Users may not:
A. Post messages or use software programs that consume excessive CPU time or storage space.
B. Utilize the Services to (1) forge the signature or other identifying mark or code of any other person, (2) impersonate or assume the identity or any other person, or (3) engage in any other activity (including "spoofing") to attempt to deceive or mislead other persons regarding the true identity of the User (excluding the use of anonymous re-mailers or Internet nicknames)
C. Utilize the Services to distribute, advertise or promote software or services that have the primary purpose of encouraging or facilitating unsolicited commercial e-mail or Spam.
D. Utilize the Services in any manner that might subject Twilightus to unfavorable regulatory action, subject Twilightus to any liability for any reason, or adversely affect Twilightus' public image, reputation or goodwill, including, without limitation, displaying or distributing sexually explicit, drug/alcohol-related, hateful, copied, vulgar, racial, ethnic or otherwise illegal or objectionable material.
E. Degrade or otherwise harm the reputation or public image of Twilightus and related Services, or of other Twilightus Community RPGs through the advertisement or distribution of slanderous or untrue statements, arguments, or opinions by basis of personal disagreement. Degrade the reputation or public image of other Twilightus Community RPGs in order to boost first-, second-, or third-party reputation or public image, or in general regard to another Twilightus Community RPG.
Prohibited Material. Twilightus.net explicitly forbids the following content/s and material/s in any available medium or resource, including links, urls, addresses, messages, images, usernames, screennames, e-mail addresses, advertisements, contexts, currencies, key names, titles, ranks, races, classes, places, items, objects, products, or otherwise anything referring to the following:
1. Hacker's and Warez material - Including, but not limited to, programs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, adware, cracks, tools, malicious code, or otherwise anything which may be and are considered illegal, harmful, and/or otherwise falsifiable to Twilightus.net.
2. Spam and Scam materials - Including, but not limited to, articles, websites, programs, redundant posts, or otherwise anything which may be and are considered spam and/or scam materials. Spams and scams by any and all parties is prohibited.
3. Illegal material - Including, but not limited to, anything which may be and is considered illegal by state and federal courts, authorities, federal commissionaires, or any document written or distributed by legal, federal, and state authorities in any court. Nothing may be displayed, distributed, shown, linked to, named, entitled, or otherwise stated in any way which may endanger Twilightus and its available public and private rights.
4. Adult material - Including, but not limited to, anything which may be and is considered drug/alcohol related, sexually-oriented, lewd, erotic, for mature audiences, pornographic, libidinous, and/or otherwise indecent by the moral psyche in accordance to adult content, assessed by Twilightus Management.
5. Other disallowed material - Including, but not limited to, anything which may be and is considered discriminatory, prejudicial, copied without permission, impersonation of staff and users, and otherwise civilly illegal in U.S. state and federal courts.
DISCLAIMER: Twilightus expressly disclaims any obligation to monitor its Customers and Users with respect to violations of this AUP. Twilightus holds no liability or responsibility for the actions of any of its Customers or Users or for any content any Customer or User may submit or use on any Website. Twilightus holds the sole ability and right to terminate and nullify any portion of this AUP at any time for any reason.
