Under this Acceptable Usage Agreement ("Agreement"), User and Customer ("you") agree to the Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP"), Privacy Policy, and the Twilightus RPG Community Usage & Guidance Policy as distributed by the Twilightus Universe ("Twilightus," "Twilightus.net") and as amended, modified, or updated without notice by Twilightus. You agree that you have reviewed the Acceptable Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, and the Twilightus RPG Community Usage & Guidance Policy and understand fully the terms of agreement and requirements as directed and governed by the AUP, Privacy Policy, and the Twilightus RPG Community Usage & Guidance Policy. You are thereby responsible for all submitted content applicable towards your account in the Twilightus Universe. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Twilightus may immediately take corrective action, including removal of all or a portion of the Customer or User Content, disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services, or termination of this Agreement, in the event of violation by User and Customer according to the AUP and Twilightus RPG Community Usage & Guidance Policy. In the event that a subsidiary policy is enacted by Twilightus or the Customer on his or her Website, in accordance with acceptable usage on said Website, restricted to terms related to the AUP and authorized Twilightus certificates, Twilightus will expect for terms, conditions, and actions of Customer's website policy and authorized certificates to be fully enforced and administered. Failure to do so will result in the possibility of Twilightus taking action in full accordance to the terms, conditions, and actions as inscribed by the AUP and Twilightus RPG Community Usage & Guidance Policy and granted by this Agreement. Therefore, Twilightus holds the power to change, alter, modify, erase, and manage the explicit content which comes in discordance to the AUP according to this Agreement. Twilightus holds the power to discontinue Services, extradite users, moderators, and administrators, and govern and judge the content exposed on Customer's Website and Twilightus Services.
Administrator Responsibilities
A. Administrators are solely responsible for the quality, performance and all other aspects of the forum content.
B. Administrators assume full responsibility for providing end users with any required disclosure or explanation of the various features of the Website and any goods or services described therein, as well as any rules, terms, or conditions of use.
C. Unless otherwise provided, Administrators are solely responsible for making back-up copies of the Website and Content.
D. Administrators must support all rules and regulations contained within their website and fulfill jurisdiction upon violations of set terms and conditions.
Violation Consequences
Violations of this Agreement are listed as follows:

Reports can be made anonymously* to Twilightus Management by email at management@twilightus.net or by the Contact Us form.
* In the case of a private message, give the subject of the private message, the username of the sender, and the username of the receiver. Do not give the URL location.
Modification
This Agreement, the Acceptable Usage Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Twilightus RPG Community Usage & Guidance Policy, may be modified at any time by Twilightus without notice. Upon modification of these documents, Customers and Users have one week (7 days) to terminate relations with Twilightus (including user accounts and forum ownerships) or it will be regarded as acceptance of the modifications.
Termination
This service may be terminated at any time by Twilightus or the Customer. Twilightus is obligated to fulfill the request of the Customer to disengage services and relations by means stated by the Customer to the extent that an end-service is cancelled. Other services offered by Twilightus fall under the jurisdiction of this Agreement. Twilightus holds the right to remove any forum at any time for any reason.
General Copyright
All materials are copyright of their respective owners under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Customers and Users grant Twilightus the right to reproduce, copy, use and distribute any and all portions of the Customer or User Content to the extent needed to provide and operate the Twilightus Services.
