Service Usage Policy

While Twilightus Community RPGs are akin to U.S. states, where global regulations are given and each state is obligated to enforce, protect, and uphold these standards, there are also territories where jurisdiction falls striclty under U.S. government control. It is understood that each Twilightus Service is similar to a U.S. territory, where jurisdiction falls strictly under global Twilightus control. However, it is understood that regulations that are intended to be global and general cannot vouch for the specific needs of each individual Twilightus service. The purpose of this document is to supplement the Acceptable Usage Policy and Acceptable Usage Agreement and provide additional measurements specific to the needs of each individual Service.



Chatrooms
The Twilightus Chatrooms are intended to provide a means of communication between users of the various boards of the Twilightus RPG Community.

User members may not:

1. Disrespect Twilightus Chatroom Staff.
2. Bypass word censors.
3. Bypass set bans or gags.
4. Impersonate users or staff.
5. Flame or excessively spam a room.
6. Create room names with violating content.
7. Discuss adult themes.

Staff members may not:

1. Violate rules according to Twilightus Policy.
2. Misuse positional staff powers.
3. Protect users based on personal relation.
4. Ban or gag users based on personal reasons.

Staff members must judge violations according to context.

Violation consequences may be found in the supplemental Service Usage Agreement

Regulation Mitigation

Regulation mitigation for this Twilightus Service may occur only within the appropriately labeled permanent room.

Mitigation of Mature-Oriented Content

Under the express discretion of viewers of this room, and with the approved consent of Twilightus Management under explicit conditions, the following is approved for public dissemination:

• REGISTERED USERS may post content intended for mature audiences.
• REGISTERED USERS may view content intended for mature audiences.
• REGISTERED USERS will not be subject to global restrictions related to content intended for mature audiences.

Upon any instance of any damages incurred through this restricted edict, the claim of liability lies in the viewer of such content, having understood the terms of using this room, and the author of the content disseminated through this room.

Explicit conditions of this restricted edict are:

• Understanding that all content contained herein is intended for MATURE audiences.
• No ILLEGAL content subject to U.S. and international laws is allowed at any time.

All parties not abiding by these conditions will be subject to the fullest terms of Twilightus general regulations, whereby this restricted edict becomes effectively null and void in regard to the party in question.
