When users submit information through the Internet, users expect a certain level of privacy, especially for what may be deemed as personal information. When information is collected by Twilightus, the information is processed and used strictly in accordance to well-defined goals and purposes. Any information collected by any means is not shared with any third-parties for any commercial purposes and is not used by anyone outside of Twilightus Management.
Cookies and Sessions
Cookies may be stored on the client computer with the purpose of granting additional operability while navigating the Twilightus Website. Twilightus does not, however, track visitors except in singular, anonymous, non-traceable instances, such as for hit counters, page rankings, and page popularity schemes.
Sessions may be stored on the server when initiating instances that requires an additional authentication layer, such as for administration pages.
RPG Application and Profile
Information submitted through the RPG Application is sent by email to Twilightus Management for review. Accepted applications are stored within a database for service and future reference. Contact information, including name, email, and IM service names, submitted through the RPG Application is used only for communication between the applicant and Twilightus Management. Certain portions of this application may be released to public viewing through automatic page generation, including name and email, in order to provide helpful information for members and visitors. This information may be disabled at any time for any reason.
Owners of Community RPGs may freely request private information censorship by emailing Twilightus Management at management@twilightus.net. Requests for private information censorship must be made through the email address used upon RPG registration.
Forums
Forums collect a certain amount of information upon registration and throughout the forum as deemed by the forum administrators. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing forum policy conditions. Private Messages may be reviewed by administrators to help enforce these conditions. Forum administrators assume full responsibility for all information submitted on their respective forum. Information submitted on forums should not be deemed private.
Chatrooms
Registration of an account is required to participate in the chatrooms. Messages are logged and may be reviewed by administrators to enforce site-wide policy. Information submitted in chatrooms should not be deemed private.
Ad Services
Twilightus currently uses Google AdSense services to procure site funding. Information about what information is collected by Google AdSense may be found on their site.
Information Sharing
Twilightus will not share any information with any other company or organization without your explicit consent. Twilightus may process personal information collected on the Twilightus Website. In the event of a transfer of ownership of Twilightus, notice will be given before any personal information is transferred and becomes subject to another privacy policy.
Information Security
Appropriate security measures for industry-standard application services are maintained and improved to protect against unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information. Access to private information is restricted to authorized Twilightus Management administrators.
Policy Changes
Changes to this privacy policy may occur, though none which will reduce any rights given to members and visitors. Any minor changes to this policy will be posted here, and any major changes made will also be given more prominent notice.
