The main Gate that marks the entrance to Konoha. Marked with a giant character for "Fire". Huge wooden structure that seems impossible to scale. Are you leaving or entering? Shinobi on missions are to meet here and leave as one. This is also a place where a wonderer would be at.

A vast statuary waterfall marking the border between the Fire Country and the Rice Field Country, the Valley marked a landmark where two shinobi fought great battle in the past. It is said the destruction was so great it tore the earth asunder, creating the very valley. The figure on the Fire Country side is the First Hokage, while the figure on the opposite side is Uchiha Madara.

It has been rumored the village of cloud and the people live in the clouds. Like all rumors it is not true. The part about the academy is true. The academy building is the tallest building in the whole shinobi world. Just going to the top floor gives a shinobi the training the needed for a hour.

No new posts Charred Valley Training
Goes by its name, this valley looks like it was burnt to a crisp. Now it's not all black and burnt. There is some green growing within the remains of the old trees, but nothing lasts forever here. Every few year there is a fire started by a lightning strike that burns just about everything. However nothing is lost. Within the remains of the burnt brush, new life begins and it too will one day burn, then make room for new life. This cycle keeps repeating, but it is a nice place to train.

No new posts Yakihata no Raikou
The Burnt Fields of Lightning, usually shortened to just Yakihata since everyone in Kumo knows what these are. They are named as such due to the fact that lightning commonly strikes the ground and causes fires that destroy the grass. Good, but dangerous, place to train, as there are almost always storms brewing over these stretches of blackened ground. This is where a spy would be found.

No new posts Suna Ninja Academy
The Academy of Sunagakure is rather small compared to some of the other village’s ones. There are a couple of small stone made buildings and a big trainings area in the middle of it, but since the Academy of Sunagakure is rather new and only few students are there at the moment, the place is more than enough for the students to get a good training and become skilled ninjas just like in any other village.

A rather beautiful area, which is the only place that greenery can be found in abundance in the desert. It is filled with tents and booths, which belong to the nomads of the desert. This is their home when they are ready to rest for a while from their travels. Sunagakure holds the nomads in high respect, and does not allow their ninja to enter their camping area without good cause for fear that the good tiding between them might break. The nomads are kind, and allow anyone entrance to rest and eat up and have been known to bring unlucky travelers that get lost in the vast desert to their paradise. This a area for Spies or other Ninja's currently keeping a eyes on the village.

No new posts Bloody mist Academy
The Ninja Academy of Kirigakure is a rather small, beat down set of buildings, it doesn't look all that good but with the tough training and studies they Shinobi go through it certainly gets the job done. It’s placed on the east outer realms of Kirigakure. After the tradition of the blood selection was abandoned the village’s elders have decided to change the way the villages shinobi training.

No new posts Kiri Training Grounds
The training fields are held on the ivory sanded beaches. Mist always clouds and swirls about in the air along with the sweet sprays of the sea mist. Ground is slushy making it hard to move around in like quicksand but it’s not deadly. The temperature is always cool making training easy but be careful during high tide season don’t want to be swept off during training.

One of the five powerful hidden villages. Kiri is the smallest of villages on the smallest of countries. They once held very gruesome graduation exams. After the boarders opened they had stopped such things but now the new Mizukage has started to bring such practices back.

No new posts Village Hidden in the Mist Entrance
This area marks the entrance to Hidden Mist. A marker for outgoing travelers also announces the paths to outlying foreign villages. This gate is not Guarded but if you pass one foot and are caught in Kiri land you will be killed or so they say. This is truly not a place for Wonderer's to be. It is crawling with hunter ninja and team's going on missions.

Grass-less, lifeless. The ground here is so saturated with blood from centuries long past that it is impossible for anything to thrive here. The smell of death can be inhaled, and the taste of your own life seems to slip into your throat. This is bloodstain grounds. Not used for years now, this battleground of feuding clans still bares the scar of the long lost tradition. Many Wanderer and Criminals are found here.

The Iwagakure training grounds are rough, and merely trekking across their huge length - over boulders and sliding hills of rock - is training in itself. Various areas are for specific types of training, as well as an area set completely aside for all-out, no-rule fights.

One of the five powerful hidden villages. Ninja from here have high tensions and dislikes when it come to those from Konoha. Their Tsuchikage is said to be a strong man, but no one outside of the village has ever heard nor seen him. Some speculate that the Tsuchikage is actually a woman.

No new posts Gates of Hidden Rock
The gates are set on a cliff that leads to the plateau that Iwa is set upon. The cliff is rather large between the Gate and the edge of the Cliff. The only way to enter and leave Iwa was to come and down the cliff by climbing or walking up the vertical surface. The plateau is lodged between two Mountains, technically three if the one behind it is counted. It's generally colder in Iwa, but it's not high enough for the temperature to be dramatically different then the temperature on the earth's surface. There are no trees to speak of, and the cliff only wraps halfway around the walls before the plateau is hidden behind the two mountains to each side.

No new posts Mountain pass
A long winding pathway through the mountain. It is very dangerous, as rocks will fall with little to no warning. There are few places grow vegetation here; what does grow is crowded around a tiny steam. There is a small camp settlement in the middle of the pass for those that need rest, but other then that this road is a long and empty.
