Terminal 1 Breakfast Spots
Haneda Airport's domestic flights are split between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Each terminal has its own selection of shops. We'll be starting things off with a look at Terminal 1.
Hitoshinaya
Hitoshinaya boasts many fans who are happy to declare that they always sit down for breakfast at the restaurant when at Haneda Airport. In fact, this well-known eatery has been ranked as the No. 2 best airport restaurant in Japan.
Enter the restaurant, which resembles a traditional Japanese-style ryotei restaurant, through the noren curtain marked "Asa Gohan" in Japanese script, and you'll find a beautiful kitchen counter. There are two breakfast menu items: Shirakayu, a white-rice-based porridge served with side dishes; and Sake-zen, a meal of grilled salmon served with side dishes. Both are distinguished by their carefully crafted dashi broth.
Happily, Hitoshinaya's Asa Gohan restaurant section is open from 5:30 a.m., so even those with early flights can enjoy a delicious breakfast before taking off. Even better, the breakfast menu isn't limited to the morning: You can enjoy it as long as the shop is open.
Hitoshinaya's other two restaurant sections, Hana Chirashi and Juwari Soba, are open from 10:30 a.m.Hitoshinaya

The Kuraichi Set, available for a very reasonable 500 yen, comes with two rice balls, one salmon and one okaka (shaved katsuobushi, or dried and smoked skipjack tuna), and the day's miso soup.

Terminal 2 Breakfast Spots
The following is an introduction to the eateries in Terminal 2. The terminal's shops are quite different from those in Terminal 1. You'll find a wide selection of cafes as well as soba noodle shops and yakiniku grilled meat restaurants.
Healthy TOKYO cafe & shop
This shop is the airport's first 100-percent vegan restaurant, and it is highly recommended for health-conscious travelers. Serving organic coffee and vegan food, it's the perfect place to reset your body before or after a flight. For breakfast, we recommend Healthy TOKYO's most popular menu item, Vegan and Gluten-free Lasagna. The lasagna, which boasts a juicy, meat-like texture, can also be enjoyed as part of a set. Panini and muffin sets can be ordered as takeout.
Located outside the departure gate area, the shop can be easily accessed by anyone, and is a good spot for pre-departure business trip meetings.Healthy TOKYO cafe & shop

View AllSanuki Udon Hannyarin
In addition to udon noodles, Sanuki Udon Hannyarin serves tempura and onigiri rice balls. Taking the season into account, the noodles are handmade in the shop every day using a blend of wheat and organic wheat flour. The dashi broth is a seasonal blend of Rishiri kombu, carefully selected katsuobushi (dried and smoked skipjack tuna) and niboshi dried sardines. The Sanuki udon born of such attention to detail is truly exquisite. The depth of flavor of the golden broth—the crucial element—shines as part of the standard kake-udon noodles-and-broth dish. Sanuki Udon Hannyarin is the place to go if you're after a refreshing start to the morning and a feeling of gastronomic satisfaction.Flyer's Table
Breakfast is also available at Flyer's Table at the Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu, which is directly connected to Terminal 2. In addition to rice and miso soup, the Japanese breakfast set provides a good balance of meat and fish dishes. The restaurant also serves a standard Western-style breakfast of toast, scrambled eggs, salad and sausages.
