The Year is 2027. The Earth has fallen into dissaray. All the governments are mostly the same as they where over 30 years ago. Military surplus automatic weapons have been given to most of the public to defend themselvs from the many terroirest groups. Wars are very common between 3rd-world countries. All chemical and biological weapons dave been disbanded and destroyed, thanks to President Bush.
Terriorst are in an up roar. Without the biological weapons they used to intimadate smaller countries for money, they have had to get money in other, more violent ways. The United Nations is still only a peacekeeping force, many countries are flocking to its banner. All countries are getting ready for a war that no one has declared. Everyone wants power, though not all can have it...
