Not in the future, not in the past, and definitely not in the present. A strange, unusual city has appeared out of the wrinkles of time. The City of Time. Ruled by an evil dictator with many followers, fought by a small resistance group of freedom fighters. The City of Time connects to everything, everywhere, yet has no anchor in any time that is known to anyone. It constantly drifts, drawing in new residents who unknowingly seal their fates and become one with the city, willingly or not, for all of time.
Should you choose to enter the City, there is no escape, for the dictator has assured that once you enter through the gates of his city, you will not leave, in any number of pieces. Once in, will you join the resistance in it's bid for freedom for the people of the City of Time, or will you follow the supreme dictator and crush the hopes, dreams, and ambitions of those who would dare to challenge you? Maybe, maybe even you decide to ignore the passive-aggressive war waging in the city and decide to just try to live a normal, day-to-day life... if one can even manage to do that in the City of Time.
Those who don't know history, are doomed to repeat it... again, and again, and again.
