Welcome to Roanapra, the “port of immortality” where the booze and blood flows as much as the tap water. Hotel Moscow, the Yakuza and the Mafia all compete for control of the seaport while everyone else picks a side or stay out of the way. Rather than acting as an authority, the government, through massive corruption, acts as another underworld organization. Feeling religious? The “Church of Violence” has plenty of truth coming from a smoking barrel. Pick up jobs to get cash for big guns and cool boats and vehicles over at the stores. Smuggling, assassination, grand theft, -these all effect the local residences who end up both victims and culprits. The sun is setting in Roanapra where heroes are rare. The righteous have an uphill battle and plenty of work cut out for them.

Roanapra not spacious enough? Feel free to head out over the beautiful blue oceans to either Vietcong controlled territory or go shopping in Tokyo; dozens of jungle islands and countless miles of uncontrolled sea can easily be transformed from a serene setting into a vicious battlefield.

This is a RPG loosely based on the series "Black Lagoon". No, not the black lagoon story about the creature that steals women, but the story about the ship and its crew led by Dutch. This site has a pretty liberal take on the realm, and is technically surreal.
